Our stay at Pratt Place Inn was incredible. The Inn and its grounds are stunningly beautiful. The staff went above qand beyond the call of duty to attend to our every need. This was true southern hospitality at its best. Our room was spacious and clean with our own private veranda. I am an avid runner, and the Inn's jogging trails were the best I've ever encountered while travelling. The Inn is only a half mile away from Razorback Stadium making the ideal place to stay for University of Arkansas sports fans. We are already planning our next visit in the spring, and we can't wait to get back there. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect.

Excellent breakfast and ice. Nice coffee and tea available 24/7. Nice rooms although colors are not well designed. Nice that room had two sinks, two desks and two desk chairs plus another chair. Plus small microwave and refrigerator-no freezer. Nice highway eating opportunities and close to Rogers shopping, but clear across town to crystal bridges. Doesn't take long to get there and downtown.
