From check in to check out the Delamar was a wonderful experience. I’m on the road 40%-50% of the year and this Hotel experience was in the top two from overall experience. Number one for service and room comfort. The room technology is amazing. TV allows for mobile streaming. The attached restaurant was very good as well. A little tight doe seating but the food was very good. I’m still thinking about it. This is not an If I return, it’s when. Loved it.

The only complaint is that the heating system in the room was not up to par. I am from the south and there was a cold spell over the weekend and the room never got warm. Sleeping was OK due to the down comforter but the heat needs updated

The hotel was really nice - extremely comfortable and clean room. The staff was also very customer-service oriented and friendly. When our TV went on the fritz the first night, Robert quickly came in and switched out to a new TV, and just because she poured the rest of the bottle and it was only slightly less than a full pour, the bartender gave us one drink on the house!

"because we support Hartford business we live here"
The place was nice but under the radiator and the edge of bed had some dirt. Also behind the night stand was pretty dusty. The waffle machine didn’t work, but overall we love the place friendly staff. I would suggest on down time the staff should clean and use extended arm vacuum to reach the hard to reach areas. I would definitely visit that location again. There grade out of 10 is 9.8 excellent.
