"One night stay"
We had a late check in as we were just staying overnight to break up a long road trip. There was a mix up at check in that was quickly resolved. They forgot to put the crib in the room for my son and since it was so late we opted to just put him in the middle of our bed. The hotel was very clean but there could be a little more attention to details on the room. We had no sugar for coffee and there were a couple hairs on the shower wall. The lampshade was also stained which is a pet peeve of mine so it might not bother some. Upon check out my 2 1/2 yr old son fell and scraped his knee pretty bad. The staff immediately provided bandages, antibiotic ointment and an ice pack. They were so understanding and helpful trying to console him which was really impressive.

"Great, but a bit noisy."
All was great, except for the fact that the noise seemed to carry into the guest rooms more than I have experienced in most hotels. I should probably add that it was a Friday night, guest seemed to be in a party mood, and I'm getting older (64). Is it me? Maybe. Great hotel. Noise was the only minor negative for me.

"Nice hotel, great location"
We are repeat customers. Really great stay in all respects-great staff, comfortable, clean rooms, good location- only complaint is that you do hear a lot from the hallway or above. Ask for a 4th floor room.
