Bare minimum of everything. Breakfast consisted of decent coffee, granola bars. factory packaged muffins and mealy apples. Get there early. When they're gone. They're gone.
But for $90 near DC this would have to do. Traveling for work. So I really only need clean comfortable room with WiFi. They have that covered.

My son and I were on a lengthy college tour. We chose this particular hotel because of its relative proximity to George Mason University. The hotels near Georgetown and George Washington Universities were out of our budget! This one was priced just right. The desk staff upon arrival was pleasant. Our room felt like a lovely, clean, comfortable oasis. We loved that the toilet and shower were behind the bathroom door, while the sink and mirror were in the alcove, but outside the bathroom. This makes it easy for both of us to get ready at the same time! We went up the street less than a mile to a mall for dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, but there were many dining options in the area. This was a very nice hotel, which I recommend highly!

The breakfast staff was friendly and the food was good. The hours on the hotel pool were very poor. We never got to take advantage of it, due to the limited hours. Also the gift shop had very very limited hours but this was not communicated to us until we needed to purchase some items.

History buffs will appreciate Fairfax, once caught between Union and Confederate forces. Monuments to this Civil War heritage include the Fairfax Museum, the Confederate Cemetery, and the Blenheim estate, where stationed Union soldiers wrote poetry on the walls. Nearby, the National Parks Service preserves the Manassas National Battlefield, the site of the Civil War’s first major land battle.
