We requested two double beds but upon arrival none were available. The hotel did not offer a roll away bed so two adults and a 15 year old had to share one bed. They did offer extra sheets so my teenager could sleep on the floor though!

Chose this hotel as the rates were reasonable and hotel was close by IAD and a short metro ride to downtown DC.
The room was better than expected, I had a 3rd floor room away from the parking lot, so nice and quiet.
Staff were friendly enough and though the complimentary breakfast was basic it was appreciated. Lots of dining options nearby and 15 minute drive to Metro station.
Good hotel and a pleasant stay - recommended.

the initial staff that checked me in was not rude nor pleasant. she did her job without a smile but was not rude. she provided me with all the information necessary and answered my questions without enthusiasm. the room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. this hotel was chosen for the location and provided me with what I needed for the night.

History buffs will appreciate Fairfax, once caught between Union and Confederate forces. Monuments to this Civil War heritage include the Fairfax Museum, the Confederate Cemetery, and the Blenheim estate, where stationed Union soldiers wrote poetry on the walls. Nearby, the National Parks Service preserves the Manassas National Battlefield, the site of the Civil War’s first major land battle.
