The area has mosquitos. So the room will have a few. That is the only issue with the entire place. Great hotel. Great food. Great service. Amazing staff. Seconds from beach.Quiet. Would definitely return.

Best, largest room I've stayed in. All facilities available - if not in the room, can be provided by reception. Some rooms are better than others, and the noise of the very busy dual carriageway/motorway is never far away from side rooms. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, with plenty of space to find your own patch. Food is excellent quality and well presented. Taxi always available from reception - you'll need them unless you have your own transport or use the BUS.

Super hotel with a wide range of facilities for adults and children. We had an apartment which was huge with a large lounge diner, two big bedrooms with two bathrooms. There was no kitchen which was fine as we were half board but a bit of fridge space that was more than a mini fridge would have been good.
The restaurants and food were excellent with such a massive range of variety (even had Brussel Sprouts for a breakfast option!!). There was too much to choose from at times that I overate! All the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff who worked tirelessly in what was a big operation. The room / apartmert was kept really clean and tidy every day as well.
The gym was ok, we didn't use it, it's a holiday after all. Some people have complained about the lack of facilities in it but its a hotel not a leisure centre, it was more than adequate. All the swimming pools were great and we could get fresh beech towels every day. The activities staff were great and fun and the aqua aerobic classes were fun and popular.
We have 2 children ages 4 and 9 but tended not to use the children's entertainment as most children were Spanish families on holiday from the inner and larger cities and towns. Therefore I think they would have been a little unsettled although the staff did speak basic English.
You do have to stick your beech towels out early in the morning for the pool or everyone else will have reserved the sun-beds which is a pain.

Hotel overall was good with nice friendly staff but not enough, room cleaning is late and rushed ( 10 mins ) so not very good, pool bar service is difficult to get all because staff are cut to the bone.
It is next to the main road and a distance from town and beach.
But pool area, spa and restaurant are all good and I say again staff are nice and helpful.
I would use again.

1 bed apartment lovely but location was remote and food not great in hotel so it meant we had to take taxis every night which made the 9 days of expensive. Definitely would recommend a car but that was not the type of holiday we wanted. Enjoyed it however and would definitely look at Pierre & Vacances in another location

The room was spotless the only nit pick I had was the plug sockets were in awkward places (but that's for 2 young girls who were fussed about charging phones and hair straighteners) the hotel is stunning there was always sunbeds free around the pool and beach, food and drink was fantastic, hotel staff were lovely couldn't do more for us! We just wish we'd done all inclusive to save the money on drinks! The bar could've been open abit later it shut at 12 and the entertainment was great too singers, dancers and magicians. Pool side aqua aerobics there was something for everyone! If it was abit more of a lively location for us we would most certainly go back with no hesistation!

Excellent stay for 10 days. Good location for us as we intended to spend time in porta banus and gib and the location was good. Food is impressive and entertainment was ok. Children's disco was missing after dinner and the hotel next door seemed to have better lineup.

1. This is not a hotel, it is an apartment in what looks like a time-share complex.
2. The apartment was excellent and fully equipped but the following should be noted:
a) The two bathrooms are quite small.
b) Main bathroom bath/shower is difficult to get in/out so seniors look-out.
c) Hot water is limited to capacity of electric tank.
d) Not the easiest of places to find.
e) Pillows were not comfortable.
f) Has its own parking area in communal garage but not the easiest to get in/out.
g) There is a fully-equipped kitchen but no coffee or water (other than tap water) available for when you arrive.
h) You will need to rent a car since the complex is not walking distance from amenities.
3. The location is not by or close to the seaside.

This is a decent hotel. Rooms are large and well appointed. Wonderfully quiet, especially the pool view rooms. They suffer from a congenital inability to understand what a double room actually means (as opposed to a twin). Two twin beds pulled together do not constitute a "double". I have had this conversation with them more than once. Expedia should also make this clearer. Breakfast here is rather mediocre. There are few staff. A hotel of this quality in Spain of all places shouldn't be serving reconstituted orange juice from a push-button machine. The pool (which I didn't use of this occasion) is a nice facility. Although it's listed as being in Estepona, it barely is and sits almost halfway between Estepona and Marbella. It's a bit of a trek to go to either of the cities for dinner, though there are several excellent roadside restaurants, particularly on the Marbella/San Pedro side, along with a few bars where you definitely wouldn't take your maiden aunt.

Estepona is often mentioned in the same breath as its glitzy neighbour, Marbella, but is much less developed—and less expensive. Alongside the new hotels and modern marina, it retains a characterful Old Town with steep, cobbled streets and tapas bars. Its beaches are among the best on this stretch of coast, including a (legal) nudist beach. There is a good golf course here and Selwo Safari Park is very close by. By night it is relatively quiet.
