Everything about this hotel is luxury. The rooms are sumptuous, with gorgeous comfort throughout. The hotel is cosy and decorated with beautiful fresh flowers everywhere you go. We didn't have breakfast, but enjoyed eating in the restaurant on our first night. Staff are fantastic. The only down was that during our stay the water in the indoor pool was really freezing cold which we never asked about, because we were out and about and didn't have time to use it again anyway.

I had chosen this hotel after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. The hotel is in a great location, contemporary and the room was comfortable. The hotel checkin person was not so nice. He was almost rude, which was disappointing because for our entire trip in France everyone was extremely nice and accomadating. We only stayed one night, enjoyed the room and the views over the city and city centre.
We didn't eat there or use any of the facilities. They gave you one bottle of water in the room complementary, I also thought that should have been two, one each.

The location is within a reasonable walk to the gare and restaurants. Breakfast is not inexpensive but very good. Had to pay them to get a couple champagne glasses for the room but oh well, bubbly is THE thing, so... Big construction across street — not sure if it is an issue because we were there on weekend and there was no activity. Most staff were very nice. Room was fine.

We loved staying at this hotel. The room was perfect with many comforting amenities in the bathroom. Nice touches with fresh fruit in the room. The location was wonderful. We walked along Avenue de Champagne, had dinner and walked back late in the evening.
The breakfast was one of the most enjoyable experiences. I imagine the room was once a conservatory. The view from the walls of windows was peaceful looking out onto the garden. The food was delicious. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here one night. The hotel has parking, is easy to find and is not far from key tourist sites (ex: the cathedral). The room itself was basic and clean. Bed could have been slightly more comfortable, but I was overall satisfied. The breakfast buffet was good and had ample of choices.
