Stayed there for two nights after a 22hr flight from Australia - nice people on the desk , downstairs facilities (pool,Gym,breakfast room etc)... were nice , staff very friendly and helpful . Room was a little disappointing ... dirty windows , hodgepodge of mismatched old / tired looking furniture , poor TV reception on most channels , charmless views of cranes and freeways - noise levels were amazingly low for a building next to the freeway and an airport- a large outlet mall is opposite ...outlet meaning no major dept stores and no supermarket I could find.
Save yourself money if going to Manhattan from here ... get free shuttle to airport and pick up a cab there to manhattan (going rate $65)

I arrived earlier than expected after a very long road trip & I needed an early check~in & their kindness afforded me accommodations necessary without any problems. The view from the room made my husband break out his camera & he got many scenic photos of the area. The beds were so comfortable that I got the much needed rest that I deserved! The hotel was beautiful, very clean & has all of the amenities that I & my family needed! We loved watching the planes take off & land so we had our own private observatory deck right in our room. We have already recommended it to family & friends & we will certainly use them when we return again! Thanks for the memories!

Stayed for 1 night but I've liked my experience at other Residence Inns. We were on the 1st floor near the lobby. We could hear many people talking loudly and there was some strange intermittent humming noise. Don't know if the walls were that thin or because of location. Would ask for a higher floor next time.
