We did not check in at all. At the time of our check in we noticed how dirty and run down the lobby was, the outdoor seating with the fire place was right by the front door of the lobby and by all the cars driving by. Not much privacy . Also, there was a very rude customer berating the front desk clerks and not allowing other guests to check in, 10 minutes had gone by, We ended up leaving and staying in another hotel. Also, we felt unsafe staying there and will be off of our list to ever go back.

Nice hotel, overall fairly clean, but the furniture was pretty old it seemed, and not in good condition. As well there were some very obvious stains in the carpet and such. We love Home 2 Suites, but the south end hotel is cleaner, appears to be newer, and the furniture wasn’t as damaged or dirty. And while there are EV chargers on the property, they weren’t in service during our trip, but there were more chargers at the hotel next door that worked fine.

The breakfast options were not the best (in my opinion). I did make this known to the front desk and we were given a one time voucher to their sister hotel which had great tasting food and overall, better options. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay in this property.
