This hotel is good for families and individuals traveling in a budget. It is 30 minutes away from Cleveland, Ohio. We were here for a consult in the Cleveland clinic and stayed there for 5 days, so this hotel was perfect for waiting for doctors consults for my husband. The rooms are clean, good sizes beds are nice and soft. Customer service from the cleaning lady was excellent. First night I asked for a handicap room, the attendance clerk told me was nothing available. Second time we returned, I was given the handicap room. Big difference for my husband.

This hotel served its purpose well. We were not looking for a fancy, luxurious hotel. We came for a medical procedure at the Cleveland Conic Beachwood facility and we just wanted a comfortable, convenient, economical place to stay for 6 days and nights. This hotel acored high on all the above criteria. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff courteous and attentive. We loved the kitchen with full-size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, and sink. We cooked all our meals and did not have to go to restaurants.
The only negatives were the smallish tv, which was definitely not "state-of-art" and the fact that the shower did not have a safety grab bar. For people recovering from a medical operation and trying to take a shower, this is not the safest of situations.
However, all in all, we were very satisfied with the hotel and its staff.

I booked the room on line because it was about 3 minutes from where i needed to be early the next morning.
Upon arrival i was please at to how new everything looked inside and out. The room i stayed in was on the side close to the Interstate so my first thought was how noisy it will be, I did not hear a sound from the road noise.
The Staff was very friendly. Another one of my coworkers was in Akron and i told them to book a room here.
I will be staying there when i return in the fall of this year.
