Needs some care and attention! Overgrown plants and a broken, filthy garbage can at the entrance. The tub needs to be refinished, all of the enamel was worn off, the tub didn't drain, someone had repaired a patch on the wall and just left the plaster, never repainted. The bar was only open on weekend nights and had a very limited variety of alcohol.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a microwave and small refrigerator, plus all the other usual amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I had a question or request. They really make you feel welcome. The included breakfast offers a nice variety of options -- eggs, bacon, oatmeal, cereals, waffles, bagels, pastries, yogurt, etc. Plus, it's very conveniently located. We plan to stay there again the next time we're in town.

The Hotel is nice, the staff was courteous. Rooms were clean. My issue with the hotel is that you have to pay extra for breakfast, which is fine but they had it listed from 6-10. We had to leave the hotel by 6:40 to make it to our destination in time and breakfast wasn't ready until 6:15. We were in a time crunch to make it where we needed to be. So rushed breakfast kind of set the pace for a not so good day.

We were authorized a 12:00 check out. The housekeeping crews wrte knocking on our door at 10:20. I told them we had a 12:00 ceck out. At 11:00 another member knocked on the door. You would think there would be some communication about who has checked out and who hasn't.
