I was super impressed with Geneva she is adorable and very patient. It seemed as if there were more staff working threes than there were visitors. They were sitting on the couch talking at thre door ways. Playing music in the rooms they cleaned and be really loud. The most frustrating thing was that they began checking our door to see if it was still locked at around nine a.m. They did this 3 times as we were getting ready to leave. As I walked out of the room they walked in to clean it. I loved the hotel and everyone was very sweet they just seemed in a hurry.

The last night before checking out, we arrived well passed midnight to see that our curtain was left open with the lights on inside by the cleaning personnel, revealing all of our belongings to anyone passing by. We could clearly see inside the room that night just driving up to it from the other end of the facility which was very concerning since we always left the curtain closed when leaving the hotel in order to protect our belongings and privacy, and this night It was clear to everyone that we were not in the room. Who knows how many people saw our things just laying there on the bed and through out the room while we were gone all day and night, but that is exactly was encourages crime and theft! I let person know at the front desk the next morning when checking out, so I really hope the staff there is notified and more conscious of the safety of the customer's room/belongings, because they don't know what time the customer will return, and leaving their things visible like that is just unacceptable!

I booked this hotel at last minute price of the room Was great!!! The stay in room was good a lot of room for 5 people and know that my kids range from 15-18. Clean rooms didn't have enough towel but they made sure we had towels before the next day. No elevators just stair to get to rooms. Breakfast was good kept food warm but know if you went to breakfast late the tables were full but overall all everything was good there. Will stay again and for letting them know that they were good manger have me a free stay there.😃

I-37 skims downtown’s east edge and serves as the gateway to San Antonio’s East Side. Although mostly residential, East San Antonio is home to three large arenas: the Alamodome, the AT&T Center, and the Freeman Coliseum. Notably, the AT&T Center is home to the San Antonio Spurs, the city’s NBA franchise. Nearby, rookie military pilots earn their wings at Randolph Air Force Base.
