Where do I begin? The hotel, staff, food and shuttle services were fantastic -- outstanding customer service. Traveled on business -- nice, quiet room on the 3rd floor (ask for the ocean view), staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, meals -- fresh vegetables and fruit, both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Take a taxi to hotel, then use their 3-mile shuttle -- if you need to leave but Bistro has everything. New go-to hotel in El Paso.
