The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a good choice of foods for breakfast and the coffee was very good. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

The staff at this hotel were excellent! We arrived 3 hours before the advertised booking in time, I asked if we could park the car and walk into town until we could book in. The lovely gentleman on the desk, whose name I didn't get, checked, said our room was ready and booked us in there and then, no problems. he also provided us with a map and directions to the local airfield where there was going to be an air display my husband was interested in attending.
Our room was on the ground floor and considering the motels' proximity to the main road we heard very little traffic noise. the room was a little lacking in natural light, but this was not a major issue. The beds were very comfortable we had everything we required for our stay. The housekeeping staff were very cheerful and hardworking.
We did have a problem with noise from other guests,on one occasion, but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the staff.
Would definitely stay here again.

Busy location; not very quiet. Bedroom was suitable/comfortable, but the bathroom wasn't. The toilet felt like it was going to tip over and the shower head wasn't within reach and sprayed at the wall ahead with no adjustment (if it could've been reached).

I loved the "kitchen" area with the cabinets. Beds were comfortable. Heater/air conditioner was quiet and not smelly unlike so many other places I have stayed. However, the bathroom fan and light were on the same switch and the fan was noisy so you couldn't leave the light on without the noise. Parking lot was a bit too small for the hotel. Would stay here again.

The largest town in southwest Colorado, Durango features a downtown that is a Nationally Registered Historic District and a rail line--the scenic Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad--that has been continuously active for over 125 years. The self-proclaimed Napa Valley of Beer town is also considered ideal for brewing beer with its readily available first-use water and four microbreweries.
