The room was reasonably clean and comfortable and we were pretty happy with it, but they should include venetians in their cleaning routine, because they collect a lot of dust and it shows.
The absence of a reception for most of the day is a bit of a problem because you have no one to turn to if you are missing something in the room or if can't find where it is.
Door locks were not very effective and the sliding door of the main bedroom was not properly installed and it could be very well considered an hazard if you have lively kids around.
To the manager, fixing the small nuisances listed above should be not very expensive and would lift the perceived quality to 5 star, especially if you set up a more reasonable availability of reception staff, 5 hours a day is quite ridiculous, at least a phone number, that is not only for emergency, should be provided.

Our visit was not an unpleasant one but we did think the facilities would be a little more modern. Unfortunately the bathroom needed some mould attention as the ceiling fan was not in working order.
A borrowed iron from the facility was not able to be used as it had built up burnt residue and not suitable to use to press clothes for a wedding.
The Office was not available in the specified business hours and no one was in attendance even if we rang the bell.
