Thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay as the hotel location was easy walking distance to city centre and other major attractions including the stadium. The rooms were spacious and well resourced with free access to wifi a big plus for us. It was great having the Casino in the same building which meant we could and did enjoy various dinning options and gaming opportunities.
The hotel staff were both friendly and very helpful giving us valuable information about places of interest. The buffet breakfast which were on special were one of the best we have had in New Zealand the staff were constantly topping up the full range of food. The fruit platters were beautiful with a wonderful selection. We will definitely stay there again.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and staff friendly with breakfast food left in the fridge for the first night. Our first night was nice and quiet, but the second night was noisy with young people in the street and someone in the apartment above up and about until quite late, so not much noise insulation. If you are a light sleeper maybe this won't be the best for you. Also the parking spaces are very small and difficult to get into, the hotel is on a sloping block and if you have to try and manoeuvre between cars it is not easy.

Lovely B&B close to downtown Dunedin. We walked to the Speights Brewery for a tour & the Settlers Museum. All a nice walk if you don't mind a steep hill.
This was a lovely find for us! The spa bathtub in the front room was like heaven after 2.5 wks of traveling.
Really enjoyed our hostess.

Dunedin, on the south coast of New Zealand's South Island, is a vibrant student city with a lively nightlife, fine architecture, and breathtaking scenery. The Flemish-style railway station, the castle and the university buildings are all worth a visit, the nearby Otago Peninsula is home to large seal and penguin colonies, and the city boasts the world's steepest street.
