I gave the overall a 3 star only because I found there to be a bit of a miscommunication sometimes as firstly when we checked in at almost 2am, the couch bed was not made up, the booking stated clearly that the room was for 3 people, so it should have been ready in my opinion. Someone was only sent up to set up the sofa bed about 30min after we went up to the room and I called down to the reception to remind them. And also towels were always only for two in the room when like before I booked the room for 3 people. Other than that everyone was very helpful and friendly. Thank you also to Adnan the door guy and the lady who helped with getting my kids and I around (unfortunately I don’t remember her name)

The hotel was disappointingly in bad condition. Especially the bathrooms. The AC temperature does not adjust. The mirrors were dirty. The hotel gave us a connecting room with a door to another random room beside even though we only had 1 room. I had other expectations when I booked this stay.

Comfortable room, breakfast was really good with lots of savoury and sweet choices. We were disappointed that the top roof pool was closed but the maize floor one was good enough for the kids to play plus kids area had fun fountains to splash around.
