We really like your hotel. The staff, including the food service, are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite. Our biggest complaint is the mattresses are getting old and should be replaced soon. The shower has some unattractive rust coming from the grab bar, it appears no caulking on the beauty ring which allows water to contact the steel or iron hardware. Also the caulking in the shower appears to need some repair, I would recommend replacing the entire lower bead, as there are gaps. This eventually will cause water to seem behind the pan and cause damage and mold.
The desk chair is getting old and should be considered for replacement soon, I am sure there might be some secondary sales for these used chairs.
All in all, we really like Elements.

Hotel is nice and clean and in the heart of downtown. However, there was no onsite or free parking and no pool for the kids. There was a game room though which was ok. Free breakfast was nice, but it was understaffed which led to food outages, no clean plates, waiting around, etc., etc. The hotel staff did have a coctail - snacks welcome in the evening which was very nice. Overall a great hotel for business travelers. Not so much for families on vacation.

Home to dozens of nationally, regionally, and locally significant landmarks, downtown Omaha has also built several skyscrapers in recent years. A popular site downtown is the Old Market, a cobblestoned-street area with high-end boutiques, restaurants, and horse-drawn carriage rides.
