Overall the hotel was amazing. The restaurant served great food and quick room service. Our room was very comfortable and clean except for is a little loud because we were next to the elevators but after the first night it didn't seem to bother us. Great location within walking distance to great restaurants shopping etc.

We were there for the Big XII Basketball tournament. It was in a great location and a very nice hotel. We were looking forward to sleeping in for once but for some reason, we received a 4:40 am wake up call we did not request. Kind of sucked!! I hope somebody else didn't miss their flight or something.

The hotel was fine except they cleaning staff did just an ok job. They came very late and left dirty glasses, etc. in the room. The bathroom amenities were sparse. I was at a large tournament and they did not have enough help in the lounge in the evening when everyone was in there.
