Everything was great but two items. First, hairs in the bathroom. I'm sorry, but there is no excuse for this in a hotel of this caliber and price point. Second, the HVAC and room temperature. When we arrived the room temperature was set to 60 degrees (F) and freezing in there. After adjusting the thermostat it took over 8 hours to reach a comfortable temperature. We should not have to wear our coats in a hotel room.

The room was very cozy, and stylish. Extremely clean, you can appreciate the hard work of the cleaning staff. Room service was quick, and the Plat 99 was an awesome place to hang out. The lobby and really just the whole hotel is filled with art, which makes this place even better.

The check in staff is wonderful. Ally was our check in guy and he was so friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms are elegant yet comfortable. My all time favorite thing is the soaking tub and glass walled shower!! This was the second time we've stayed here and it was great both times!! Highly recommend!
