"Staff was great, hotel was great"
I definitely recommend the Castle Comfort, it was a great hotel right on the water, with great staff, and great food.

"Whale watching "
We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were always polite and helpful. We were on a bed and breakfast basis but did have two lunches. Our only slight grumble would be the length of time from ordering to actually getting our food . The views from our room and the decking were wonderful. We had a fantastic whale watching trip on the Sunday We would definitely recommend it !

"Beautiful setting, excellent food & friendly staff"
We spent a week here on our 1st trip to Dominica. The room, grounds & common areas are very well maintained, as well as being very well equipped. The food is excellent, lots of tasty options, recommend the breakfast burrito and for lunch/dinner the Fish Tacos. As well as a beautiful location, grounds and food, the key reason we will be returning is the owners/team who strike the perfect balance of being on hand with help (hire cars/routes/beach recommendations) with giving you the space to fully relax in your private cabana & the grounds, truly well done. Can't wait to go again!

"A little disappointing, but a wonderful location"
I am really torn about this hotel. On the positive side, I found the area to be wonderful and there was something just really relaxing and clear about the air in Calibishie. It was great to have all the windows and doors open and just experience the atmosphere of the island, and the room was very conducive to that. In general, the room itself was really nice. Wonderful hot shower, lovely bathroom, nice kitchen area, and I thought it was nice that the bed was equipped with a mosquito net. Also, the owners were very friendly; so I am not so sure about the reviews that say otherwise. That being said, there were a few things that bothered me about this place. First, their internet was unusable for half of my stay, and the TV seemed to have all of five working channels. During the day, I don't see this as being a problem, but at night I like to relax and catch up with friends with the friendly sounds of the TV in the background- and for the amount I paid I don't think that that is so much to ask for. More importantly, however, I didn't find the staff to be all that welcoming or helpful. At one point, I stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes waiting for some help, and eventually I had to actually search out a staff member myself. She was sitting in the Staff Only Area laughing and talking with her friends.

"Loved the Evergreen Staff!"
The hotel is nice, but not luxurious, which I expected. The food was very good, but the staff absolutely went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe, and I became friends with all of them immediately. The location was next door to the Anchorage Whale Watch Center and about 1 mile from downtown Roseau, which can be accessed via the bus for EC $1.50. I highly recommend the Evergreen for anybody visiting Dominica. I miss my friends already!

"Caribbean Sea View Apartments "
A wonderful view from the apartment, very quiet,in our opinion located on the better side of the island, walking distance from Mero beach village and the beach itself. Not an area that`s full of night life if that is what you are looking for, but if a quiet and relaxing base from which to explore the island is what you want, then this is perfect for you.

Hibiscus Valley Inn

Hatton Garden #6, Marigot - Map
Staying at Hibiscus Valley Inn was like staying at a family home, instead of some large impersonal box hotel. The whole place just has a good feel to it and it vibes very well with the surrounding nature. During my evening time, the dinners at Hibiscus Valley Inn were filled with awesome local cuisine, fresh ingredients, and absolutely delicious food! I will return to Dominica at some point in the future, but there will only be one hotel I will stay in, and that would be here.

Dominica is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Dominica, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Dominica hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
