This hotel is ideal for anyone visiting Cork City for short breaks or business meetings. Staff at the hotel very friendly and one particular member on the Saturday night advised we would be travelling to far out the city for food and gave us some of her receommendations within the city itself. Must say we visited one the receomnedatiosn and we were not dissopointed. This shows staff are trained to a hight standard which meets the hotels expectations and shows the staff also have a general knowledege of the city.
Rooms were very clean only minor doewfall and this is just been picky the pillows were slightly uncomfortable but everyone is different.
Check in and check were very quick and effecient.

This hotel had comfortable beds and pillows. The towels were nice as well. Wifi worked great. There was a large bathtub and separate shower. The room was good sized. It had a small refrigerator, a safe and in room tea and coffee. There is also air conditioning which is nice if your staying in the summer. There is also free parking if you have a car.

We just returned from Ireland and my opinion of this hotel is that the service and staff are as good as it gets. The bar is so nice and we made friends there every night which made it very fun. The rooms are smallish and nothing really special: mattress is great, pillows just okay. The location is perfect and you could walk to great restaurants, pubs & shopping without hearing the noise.
