We absolutely LOVE the location, but I had hoped that there was some sort of insulation to combat the level of noise outside. Nope! Motorcycle after motorcycle and loud car/truck after loud car/truck kept us up for a while and also kept us from comfortably having the door to the balcony open to enjoy the salt/fresh air and listening to the waves. The people in the room next to us appeared to be enjoying their vacation too, as we could hear loud music and equally loud voices until we were finally too tired to stay awake any longer. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, this isn't the place, but if you're into partying and noisy locations, this place is PERFECT for you!

We were at the Hotel for a Wedding and stayed for 4 nights and we did enjoy our stay. The only complaint that my husband and I had was the remote control for the TV was horrible to use. The room was nice, the staff was friendly, the food was good.

Nice hotel and clean. Characters bar left a bit to be desired in terms of food and service, but I didn't expect much from a hotel restaurant. Room was fine, but could have used some updates. Ironing Board was bent and didn't stand up, and toilet was not affixed to the floor. Overall, a place I would stay again if in the area.

The room was small but confortable. It was clean and quite. They supplied shampoo and lotion but no conditioner. We were in a non smoking room. One night we came back from dinner and the bathroom smelled like tobacco.

I have stayed here a couple times a year for the last fives years.
This year they have opened the indoor pool to the community for membership which brought a lot of local traffic in the early morning hours for classes and this woke me up every morning so maybe I will request a room on the other side of the hotel. The people were also speeding in and out and I am not sure yet if I will come back. Now they need to add speed bumps so the traffic will come through slower for there 6am class.
I also could not use the pool in the evening because a class was going on and I was asked to come back after the class.
That was a discouragement.
The room was clean and spacious though.

Came with 2 adults and 4 kids and stayed in a condo. Reserved a 2BR but got upgraded to a 3BR (without asking). Condo was really nice with higher-end finishes like crown moldings, nice furniture, etc. Kitchen supplies need an upgrade in this unit; for instance there was no spatula and the frying pans were all a bit of a mismatch. Owner probably needs to simply take a little inventory of supplies. Nevertheless, this was minor and we made due as usual in ski rentals! Great WiFi in the unit. 5-8 mins drive to the mountain. There is a pool and hot tub in the hotel, which is a short walk/drive down the hill.
I was with my buddy and our kids and we could have easily brought our wives and other kids and still would not have felt crowded. There is a loft that could easily fit an air mattress as well. Overall a great place to stay and we will stay again. Thanks!
