Manager upgraded us to a suite the following and gave us complimentary Sunday brunch at the hotel. Very nice gesture, and the air conditioning in the suite was fantastic.

At 10:55pm called Mgmt. about boisterous, loud males & blaring music. Mgmt. told customers to lower music but still hear booming thru walls. Called again at 1:50am but music & loud conversations continued til after 3:30am. Unable to sleep as were 3 doors down. Won't stay there again.

At check in our room wasn't ready we were going to have to wait around for about an hour. Luckily, staff was generous enough to book us in an upgraded suite. Yet this was after we voiced our opinion. The hotel and staff is very clean and most attempt to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
