The gentleman working the front desk was very nice. There wasn't any additional fees that weren't expected. He did ask to run my credit card and I told him I wanted to pay cash. He said it wouldn't be charged until check out and to let the front desk person know you were paying cash. There were some children running up and down the hall on the floor above but we were so tired it did not keep us awake. The bathroom door wouldn't close but it was just my daughter and I so it did not matter. Breakfast was good and quiet. Upon check out the woman at the front desk was accommodating but not friendly and that just could be her personality. I explained to her about payment and she said the previous front desk person was new and didn't know what he was doing and my credit card was charged. She said she couldn't undo the transaction. I did not like that but it was done.

Hotel is next to the convention center where I am sure most of their business is drawn from. Nice place and quiet rooms. A bit understaffed with only one bellman valet combination person resulting in delays if there are two guests requiring service at the same time.

Great location for the hotel. The concert I was attending was just one block away from our hotel we we're staying in. The staff was very nice and helpful they showed us where our concert was located... The valet was great and very nice they took great care of my truck.
