Stayed here as two couples this week. We paid a little extra to get a 'fallsview' room & we all agreed it was worth it! It also gets you a jacuzzi tub which was a nice addition. Room was spacious & clean. Hotel was in walking distance to everything. Would stay here again.

The cottage was great in every way. Communications with the owner before we left were excellent. It is in a perfect spot for everything on Queen street.
But communications once in Canada were non existent since we did not have a Canadian phone and how to use the wi-fi, if there was one, we couldn't discover it.. There was no breakfast to speak of. Check the ad for cost. There was no indication that sales tax would be added until we first contacted the owner from our home.

A nice family friendly hotel. Conveniently located in walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park, Maid of the Mist and the Aquarium. My kids loved the pool / hot tub and the aquarium displays in the pool area. Starbucks, Fridays and Rain Forest Café' comfortably located in hotel. A nice place to stay.

I only recommend this hotel for the location to Niagara Falls and would tell my family/friends not to expect more than location. Read other reviews before booking, we went in with lower expectations after viewing them. You will pay a premium for the location not for the hotel or accommodations. The Niagara Falls were within walking distance and that made this hotel our choice. The front desk was kind enough to let us check in early, Amanda was great! We booked a room with a view, the view was the parking lot?? I didn't voice any opinion as we were allowed to check-in early and start to enjoy the falls rather than waiting to start our family day of fun. The room was small and the carpet/furniture was dark everything seemed to make it appear smaller. The bathroom was not kept up well, moldy in the shower caulk and the drain did not work. We had to have maintenance come, unclog the shower as it filled up the bathtub halfway during one shower and then he left a ball of yuck in the toilet! The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet overnight, I was very happy to get a good night sleep after the exhausting day.

Best thing about the hotel is its location. Most activities were in walking distance and the Rainbow Bridge to Canada was literally one turn out of the parking lot. Hotel itself is OK, the room was clean, smaller bathroom, but it was also clean. There is a restaurant in the hotel and it too is OK. Indoor pool was a little run down. Honestly this is probably the most mediocre hotel I have stayed in. There did not seem to be adequate parking for guests at all times. We had to park at The Sheraton down the street, but they did validate the parking (note, parking at the hotel was an extra $20 per day). The elevators are pretty small, so elevator service can take a while. We were on the 3rd floor so we used the stairs a lot. All in all its OK for a 2or 3 day stay....
