first 2 nights were nice and quiet, very comfortable.
1. hotel food. The dinner at the Tides: gumbo waaaay too salty, couldn't eat. The replacement Blue Crab Gnocchi would have been fabulous had they been even luke warm. They were cold
2. The third day a bunch of girls moved in next door with a lot of drama and shouting until 3 am.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and responsive to needs. The location was easy to access. We did find the lack of any pay per view movie options or the presence of a DVD player of any sort dismaying on the days when it was too cold and rainy to go to the beach.

Loved staying at this hotel, was in a junior suite which my children loved having their own area and beds. Very clean overall with lots of options for food at the resort. Great for families and staff was very helpful.

This hotel was by far excellent for the price. We went with our three kids for spring break mid March although the gulf waters were still a bit on the cool side we enjoyed the two heated pools the hotel offers and our kids loved the game room which occupied them in the evenings.
