We spent 5 days at this hotel over a long weekend, our third visit in all.
For the first time we stayed in the bedrooms inside the main hotel, having stayed in the chalets on our previous two visits.
The interior rooms are very spacious and the convenience of being able to walk to and from the pool without going outdoors is a huge benefit. If you intend to use the pool a lot, I'd recommend an interior room.
The pool was excellent, it is covered and heated and has two bookable jacuzzis. On Saturdays it goes get crowded, but the rest of the days it's very peaceful.
The spa was great as well, and best of all they'll collect you from the pool area when your appointment is due. My wife and son both had massages and we had an hour in the hot pool / salt bath that overlooks the waterfall, which I strongly recommend.
The restaurant's menu is very good, and they've always got recommendations off the menu as well.
It's a short drive to the centre of Valle de Bravo and there's so many things to do there. We did paragliding, motor boating, quad biking amongst others.
It's really an excellent place to spend a long weekend or a week.

We stay 4 nights at this hotel and it was awesome, all was nice and clean. Minimal style of this hotel was great. The only bad thing is the noisy neighborhood but it's the price you can pay when you want to be close to every place. Nice staff, they always wanted to help.

"Nice hotel, practical, close to industrial areas."
Service and food were very good, kind people, excellent taxi service.
The entrance is not very visible, and if coming from Mexico city you will have to go around the block. They have a strange procedure in which you have to go to Walmart for parking ticket validation! Insane!!!
If you are not driving it is great.

I use this one for business convenience, this area of the city is not for tourists, but if you need to be in Ecatepec the hotel is inside a shopping mall area that gives you plenty of safe choices for food and strolling after work.

no one wanted to carry our bags up to the second floor where all the rooms were. One guy finally helped one of us but the rest we had to carry! The bar menu has a long list of wines and drinks none of which they actually have. Got stiffed on a much more expensive bottle of wine that what we understood we were ordering. But, it's pretty and very close to the pyramids.
