Has full size beds rather than Queen. Plug in for hair dryer didn't work. The pool had way too much chlorine! . Couldn't hardly breath as soon as you walk in the pool room. No towels for the pool. didn't have any at the front desk, was told to use the ones from our room. Not enough chairs in the pool room and there is plenty of room for more. The shower water pressure wasn't that good. The breakfast was very limited to say the least. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner done its job though.

The Peabody has been around for a long time but you'd never know from what we could see! The hotel has been well kept with modern touches to a vintage building. The lobby with it's piano, beautiful fountain (home to the famous ducks) and cozy bar extend an invitation to relax and have a drink (or treat from the bakery) at any time of the day. The downtown location is convenient to many fine restaurants and Beale Street. The only negative was the loud heating system but earplugs helped block it out.

The Hotel was great. It was very clean and the in room amenities were excellent
The hotel staff seemed more interested in the customers casino level of play than actual service to all levels of customer. Apparently this is customary in Casino run hotels. When there are only 2 lines and both of them are"diamond" level with no "diamond" level customers other customers are rudely reminded of this if they attempt to stand in the line at the front desk. If no other staff is available just wait on the customer in front of you.

This was our second time staying at this concert. We were down for a concert both time. The staff is very nice and professional. The bathroom had a faint not so fresh scent, but other than that everything was nice.
