The reservation for a King bed for 1 night, was met with, "sorry we don't have rooms like that". What do you mean by, "like that"? Response: "1 King bed, we have doubles". Ok, that will be just fine. Response: "Well you have to call Expedia and they have to cancel the first reservation and schedule a different one for the double."
The staff was kind enough to call Expedia for me (since my phone died during travel). They got everything taken care of and I am very grateful for that.
They were undergoing some renovations and unfortunately, nails and other debris was left on the floor in front of the torn apart desk (very hazardous). The telephone in the room did not work and I was unable to get consistent WiFi in the room.

The Peabody is a very nice hotel and is centrally located to everything. The lobby is beautiful and the ducks are a very nice attraction. The bedroom is very nice and clean as well as the bathroom. My only complaint was the bathroom could have been bigger.

I was first given a room that was taken and of course we didn't find that out until we opened the room door and saw somebodies stuff... One of the room keys didn't work and the elevator was barely working and wasn't recognizing anyones key cards... Staff shld have been manning the elevator making sure they we were able to use it quickly and efficiently instead of just sending back to the elevator and telling to keep trying... Very frustrating and the worst service I have seen in some time... When I checked out, the desk person did deduct my valet parking fee which helped some...

The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. By far the best part of this hotel. The room was not very clean which was disappointing and some guest on our floor thought the were in a frat house and were really loud even playing BONGOS yes BONGOS.
