We felt that the weekend staff was very nice and helpful but we felt that the morning person who does the breakfast did not do a good job. For 2 mornings and it was early there was no coffee and no one around. Very little to chose from for breakfast which was disappointing to us as we have stayed quite a few Days Inn and we had much better breakfast and the hotels where about the same price. Everything else such as room, etc. was fine.By the way only one kind of juice as one juice the machine didn't work the whole time we were there.

Has full size beds rather than Queen. Plug in for hair dryer didn't work. The pool had way too much chlorine! . Couldn't hardly breath as soon as you walk in the pool room. No towels for the pool. didn't have any at the front desk, was told to use the ones from our room. Not enough chairs in the pool room and there is plenty of room for more. The shower water pressure wasn't that good. The breakfast was very limited to say the least. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner done its job though.

The rooms were clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is RIGHT down the street from Beale Street so that's a huge plus! The price is very good as well, just as affordable as hotels which are several miles from all the fun.
Hot water in the shower was a little iffy. Sometimes my shower turned a luke warm or it took several minutes to get hot water to the shower head. The bathroom sink never had hot water. Hope you like shaving with cold water!

Awesome staff. The roof top patio was a breath of fresh air. Nice rooms and the food in the restuarant was also very good. Close to restuarants and the water. The only downside was there was no pool or hot tub facilities.

Everything was really pretty nice. Cost was expensive for a leisure trip. I could see it more as a place to stay on a business trip. We couldn't figure out if the valet guy worked at the hotel or was someone stealing our car. The room was very nice.

The room had been remodeled and updated. When we got there we thought we were given the wrong room type (since the price we paid was only $41) or were upgraded for some reason. The room had 3 flat screen TV's, a living room sitting area with couch and chairs, large bathroom with huge tub and granite tile. It was clean and definitely a premium room. Check in staff could have been a bit nicer, but accomplished the job quickly. One drawback of this facility is what I consider a huge "resort fee". It was aprox $16.50. A bit substantial considering the price of the room.
