WE went to Prince Albert to do some hiking in the area. This hotel was just fine for us. We were not looking to spend a lot of money and three of us shared one room.
Sid, at the front desk was over the top friendly and helpful !! He also greeted us in the mornings at breakfast, being there to help or answer questions as needed. Great sense of humour as well.
Thank you Sid.

Nice hotel with friendly staff (with the exception of the lady who worked in the breakfast area - even when I tried to engage her with a greeting, a smile, or a compliment, she would barely grunt a response). Pillows could use updating but the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fairly standard for continental breakfast (boiled eggs, pancakes, waffles, toast, bagels, cereals, fruit, pastries, yogurt, coffee, juice). Fun water slide!

Great place to stay. Excellent service, spacious room, and kids love the water slide. Water in the pool is kept at a nice temperature, not freezing cold like most. Love having access to coffee at all hours, and breakfast has good variety of food choices.

some of the lights not working either not plugged in or just not working Very poor lights.
electric plugs you need to get on your knees to plug in anything cause the plugs are down by the floor or move the bed to find the plug. The shower head sprays water up into ceiling. The entrance door after you open it with your key you had to kick it to open
