The hotel has a superb location a few minutes’ walk to the Zocalo. There are plenty of cheap and good restaurants, very close to the property.
There are tour companies selling city tours and tours to nearby sights, within a 5 minute walk of the hotel, as well.
The hotel itself has excellent, free Wi-Fi, a gym and helpful staff.
The room was excellent, with a large, comfortable bed and good size television.
The shower was unusual, in that it had only part of a door, so there is no privacy, if that is important to you.
However, overall, the hotel represents excellent value for money for such an excellent location.

A relatively nice hotel in the center of Santa Fe, shopping mall right behind it. A lot of food options and stuff nearby. Room not as pictured at Experia, much smaller, but OK. No housekeeping done. Housekeeper was in room, took tip, but did not do anything. Aside from that, nice breakfast at convenient hours. As I recall 6 - 11.30 am. I would go again. As it is an convenient option.

Booked the double/double deluxe room on the interior and it was both spacious and quite. Love the bathtub but worried about stepping out and down when wet. The in-room amenities and turn down amenities where very thoughtful. Front desk staff was always eager to help and smiling and spoke excellent English.
