The hotel location is great which overlooks the main Kologne cathedral and very close to train station .
Family Rooms are impressive with very good facilities . The prices are high but reasonable for the services provided.

Everything was nice, however we don't like interior design : too much of red and too much drawings of flower patterns. It is vey big, modern hotel, with plenty of glass. Staff in the restaurant was very pleasant, they served us with wonderful crème Brule right before closing!
We could not find breakfast place nearby. Parking is not free. Location is good if you want to walk along the Rhine.

We stayed here before an early flight out of Bonn the next day. The rooms are clean, tidy, and have everything you need for a 1-2 night stay. We left way before breakfast started, but the hotel clerk was courteous and provided us all fresh coffee and a piece of candy for our daughter. Would gladly stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Good location for Cologne centre, exhibition centre and Arena.
Got a good deal on the accommodation - too pricey to eat and drink there though, but luckily not far to more reasonably priced places like Vapiano.

The hotel is okay but the room with a river view is in fact a canal with an ugly building by it. Very efficient check in and out. The breakfast room was very chaotic with little attempt to clear tables and no attempt to lay up them. Fine for the price and location.
