Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. However, Bathroom tiles need Clorox and shower floor was slippery. Balcony door tracks need oil to slide better. Check electric socket on the terrace. Electrician needs to push box in. I realize it is a big place and people bring in sand and salt from ocean. Considering this, place is in great shape. Definitely would go again. Just made a few comments so that the Marriott corporation doesn't lose its shine.

We had an amazing stay at the Vero beach kimpton! I was with my husband and two year old son and I could not believe how family friendly this hotel was and at the same time so luxurious! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The food at the restaurants was excellent. We can't wait to go back!

"Perfect beach experience for quick weekend getaway"
The hotel was warm and muggy when we first arrived, but after turning on the AC high and spraying with Lysol it was fine. It is the beach, so the salt ruins things. For the most part, the hotel was pleasant and walking distance to the beach with beautiful shells for collecting. The hotel was clean and I will stay there again. Very quiet and peaceful; if you want music and the nightlife you have bars near by and the downtown area we discovered.

Staff was very friendly. We were satisfied with our room and the location near the ocean. Rooms were clean. The one thing that was unpleasant was the fact that they need to update their websites with current info regarding certain areas of the hotel. We chose this because of the resteraunts and bars located right at the hotel. The websites menus online did not match the actual menus at the resteraunt. The Sports bar listed on the menu was closed for renavation and was (and had been closed for quite a while) the whole time that we were there. The pool bar closed anywhere from 2 in the afternoon to 4pm. Would have liked to have it opened longer as the pool was open until 10pm. The Breakfast menu online stated that it had a buffet and that you could order off of a breakfast menu. The only thing they offered was a limited breakfast buffet. Otherwise the time we spent there was fantastic.

Hotel could use a good renovation but for the price we paid it was OK. All rooms are suites and were plenty big. The sofa sleeper in the"living room" was stained and worn out and we found a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom. Otherwise the rooms were very clean. I was disappointed being that close to the beach and having no view from the room but that may have been the reason we got the room so cheap. The staff was very friendly and very quick with getting us everything we asked for. No breakfast at the hotel but plenty of places to eat within walking distance. We were only there so my granddaughter could see the ocean for the first time after a week at Disney World so we were happy enough with the experience. If you are used to high quality hotels this is not the place for you.
