I got in late into Denver Airport and needed a place to sleep for the night. Although this wasn't a 5-star hotel, it had what I was looking for: free shuttle to/from the airport, affordable, inside room entrances (as opposed to motels where you enter the room from the outside), free breakfast, and wifi. The rooms were clean but the hotel itself was really outdated, which made the room seem grungy. The room had a microwave and a fridge, which was a plus. The only "bad" thing is that the hotel is outdated, but it had everything I needed and at a reasonable price, so it worked out for me.

The Timbers may not look like much from the outside and the hallways show their age, but when you get inside your suite you will be pleasantly surprised at the space, the comfort, and the accommodations.

Loved the location of this hotel. It made it so easy to get up early and be within 10 minutes of returning our rental car and be at the airport. It is very nice, and was very clean. The service was great and had a nice breakfast included

Pocket Guide: Denver Denver International Airport Hotels
Locals joke that the Denver International Airport is a shopping mall with a runway. Roughly 80 retailers and restaurants do business at the airport, one of the nation’s busiest. Located 15 miles east of downtown, the airport area caters to travelers who have early or late flights. Nearby, environmental work is helping turn the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge into an urban oasis.
