Quiet. Comfortable bed, great shower. Room & bathroom clean and recently updated. Terrific staff. Forgot my toothpaste, they had some for me. Breakfast buffet fresh and good variety. Really close to down town Del Ray shops & restaurants. Convenient right near 95.

Delray is a fantastic town - great scene, retaurants, shops and beaches. The Marriott's the best location of all available hotels in Delray. We really enjoyed our stay. Pros: nice pool, across the street from the beach, Atlantic Ave 10 min walk, beautiful lobby, good food, great value at the breakfast buffet -$6 for kids. Cons: had to get to the pool by 8 am to reserve chairs, only 1 pool, $40 day for 2 beach chairs at the beach, tough check in experience. To elaborate on my last point - i reserved a room for 5 people, and at check in all they had was a room with 1 king bed, front desk manager's solution was to offer me a second room at an additional $349/nt, or offered to find me another hotel. Made it seem like it wasnt her problem. Another guest overheard my plight and switched with me (she and her husband had a room with two doubles). Pretty unacceptable in my opinion.

Had a quick winter get a way, never visited the Del Ray Beach area and just picked this hotel randomly. We got there before the check in time and inquired if our room was ready. The room was not ready but the Manager stated that she would upgrade us to a better room at no extra cost! The room had a fully stocked kitchen, living room with balcony and separate bedroom with a balcony. We wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel was clean, had a great breakfast, the staff was friendly and it is located close to the beach. Parking is free. Atlantic Ave has all the shops and restaurants that you could wish for. Definitely going back.

With in walking distance to beach shopping and restaurants the breakfast is not much. The staff are all nice friendly and very helpful! Room was nice I would of liked a comfortable chair to watch tv instead of sitting on the bed. It is very clean kitchen and bathroom nice.

The beaches, such as Boynton Beach Inlet, draw people to the communities south of Palm Beach. Delray’s historic downtown attracts visitors with more than 250 boutiques, restaurants, and galleries lining the brick sidewalks; Atlantic Avenue is downtown’s main artery and Pineapple Grove is the art district. Morikami Museum features Japanese culture and art.
