It was my second stay here and again I absolutely love this Hotel. Location to town and restaurants is second to none. The staff is amazing. The Seagate beach club is one of the most beautiful I have been to. Hard to leave!!

I was not able to stay at the Conference Hotel (Marriott Del Ray Beach) because it was fully booked so I took a chance on the Crane Hotel as it was two blocks from my conference. The hotel is tucked away a few blocks back of the beach which is fine. It is near Atlantic Ave where all the "night action" is which is nice. The rooms open to a open area with plenty of mature foliage which is nice and pretty peaceful. The room was nicely appointed but somewhat dated. The bathroom was pretty small but functional. I noted most of the people there were not the business crowd but older and staying for some length of time as "snowbirds" from areas of the Northeast during the winter months. I heard that they had a nice continental breakfast but it was not served until 9am that may it useless for my purposes. Coffee came out a little earlier. Overall a good experience but probably a better one for a vacationer rather than someone there for business or a conference. I understand that they also allow pets.

This place is an adorable oasis within walking distance of great restaurants and nightlife. The best part about it are the grounds, which feel like something out of The Secret Garden. Worst part being that the walls between rooms are paper thin and if you have anyone loud next to you, you're going to hear it. Also, it's very close to the train, so bring ear plugs for when it blows by in the middle of the night for 10 minutes.

The beaches, such as Boynton Beach Inlet, draw people to the communities south of Palm Beach. Delray’s historic downtown attracts visitors with more than 250 boutiques, restaurants, and galleries lining the brick sidewalks; Atlantic Avenue is downtown’s main artery and Pineapple Grove is the art district. Morikami Museum features Japanese culture and art.
