Nunca vayan a este hotel, es una estafa! Sólo intentan atraer clientes con las fotos que ponen aquí y cuando llegas te mandan a un hotel verdaderamente horrible nada que ver con lo que está en la página y lo peor es que Expedia no se hace responsable es un fraude!!! evítense la molestia

We chose this hotel because the hotel.com app had 18 comments 10/10. Evidently, all are fake. There is nothing good in this hotel: bad area, dirty rooms (even cockroaches), small bathroom, uncomfortable beds and pillows, noises all around,… even the decorative plants in the corridors are half dead. Worker always attend you with a smile in the face but many problems arised too: problems with check-in (they didn’t find our reservation) and in the check-out (taxi was not reserved as the promised, even since we paid it in advance)
