The lady at the desk was very, very slow. We arrived st 4am and she said we could not check in even though we had or reservation already. We had to wait until 5am to check in and when we did, she took nearly half an hour just to give us our keys. There were several other people there too that were checking in Nd she took just as long checking them in.
The room is clean overall. I will only reserve here again if I get a big discount And had this as my only and last resort to getting a hotel.

My wife and I booked into the Country Inn (Dearborn) for four nights; we were extremely pleased. The staff was excellent, engaging and friendly; a very comfortable room and a proper breakfast. The Henry Ford complex is easy to get to, only a few kilometres away, and for dinner we had no trouble finding good restaurants along Michigan Ave.
