Very comfortable and clean. Pet friendly, which was a big plus. They even had poo bags for cleanup! The grounds were very clean, with staff working often to make this happen. The pool was very pleasant and clean and they provided clean towels for the chairs and swimming. Staff was pleasant and remembered us from a past stay. Breakfast was good...eggs were perfectly hard boiled and there were plenty of options. Room was clean and spacious, enough for a family of 4 with the sofa bed. Keurig in room was awesome for early mornings. We loved that it was within walking distance to everything: Downtown Davis for food, shopping, art, etc., campus, and the Arboretum trail for exercise. Fridge and Micro in room were very helpful.

Ok, I have been judgemental about Motel 6 chain. I am in love with this motel6. The fact that I got to park my vehicle next to my room and it was clean and basic and the rates were perfect. First night the pillows were not great and then on request they changed it to real nice ones. Great house service staff very friendly :).

Clean hotel, staff was pleasant to deal with. Not much amenities in the room and no breakfast but for $50 less than the rest of the hotels in the area we can eat at Mc D's or Starbucks next door. Easy on and off the freeway. Overall it was a good value and we will stay again.

I was planned to stay at Murphys, however the whole town's power shut down. Therefore we moved to Sacramento. When we arrived almost 9pm, we got fast check-in. Everything was prefect! We rest well in this hotel.

In Solano County, Dixon is between San Francisco and Sacramento. Its claim to fame came in 2007, when it made the Guinness Book of World Records by hosting the World’s Largest Corn Maze, complete with a phone line in case visitors got lost. Davis, 15 miles east of Sacramento, is known for its University of California campus. The city is also known for its farmers markets and for being very bicycle-friendly.
