Nice rooms, slightly shady feeling because of the many homeless people camping out on the perimeter sidewalks. No issues with them during our brief stay.
Discovered a broken shower within 10 min of our stay, was able to switch to a new room with no problems. Clean bedding an towels, clean looking room all around. Did notice some stains on the bathroom walls, not sure of what, maybe makeup by the sink area, and tiny brown spots on the walls in the toilet area. Why the establishments cant do a wall stain check in their places and fix that I don't understand, cuz I've seen this before. Humans can be gross, I get it. Would stay again though. Great staff!

Location is great. Right next to a ton of food and beverage not to mention campus. Breakfast is average.
The bright motion activated lights in the entry and bathroom must go. I understand some people may want a lot of light when they get up in the night. I do not.

Great location near restaurants and shopping, easy freeway access, rooms were clean and area was quiet and felt safe. I experienced great, friendly customer service. My family and I will definitely return for our future trips to the area.I really made a great choice when booking my weekend stay with American Best value Inn.

No frills but clean, comfortable, convenient to freeways, with refrigerator, microwave, nice size tv, shower. Staff super nice. I had to call three times to change my check-in time due to traffic delays (from Orsnge County) "no worries, thanks for letting us know, drive safe".
