The location of this hotel is perfect for getting anywhere downtown quickly. The interior could use an update, but was clean and free of odors. There was no complimentary breakfast, only coffee (big disappointment). They allow pets, which is nice. They are currently undergoing a transition, so that's why some things were just not right. The staff was the best part of my stay here. The friendliest and helpful bunch I've ever met!

Hotel personnel were very friendly. Room was your usual hotel room, and was clean. Bed very comfortable. Extra room furniture was not great. Bathroom CLEAN! Room heater rather noisy but little to no other noises. Did not eat breakfast although it was well stocked and looked delucious! Would stay there again.

Check in was super easy. Gentleman at the front desk was great. First room I was put into had a bad smell and head print in the pillow like someone had been on it. The front desk switched my room in a snap and even brought the new key and met me at the new room to make sure it was good. He apologized for the problem and from there the stay was good. It was quiet and bed was comfortable.

Staff was nice. Hotel was clean. Parking was easy. Favorite part of our stay was the courtesy shuttle. He recommended a fantastic place, Pies and Pints. Kelley gave us a little history lesson and was an enjoyable driver.
We would stay here again.
