Very welcoming staff - apologized for one bad apple on phone when we tried to book a package and were told none available, which was not true.
However, everything else was great - on-site restaurant has good food and attentive servers, lounge is comfortable and offers entertainment.
If you're travelling, this is a great spot to settle in and have a great evening.....

My daughter and I had an event to attend at Autzen stadium, this hotel ended up being very close so no worries about having to make time to get to event.
The room was clean and roomy. Bed was cozy with plenty if pillows. The little ammenties such as soaps, lotions, etc...well not what was expected. The shower had body wash and shampoo/conditioner dispensors and no bar of soap. The sink outside of bathroom had one little round of soap but no lotion or face wipe that I'm used too. Thankful we brought our own.
The reservation process was flawless.
The check in process was great except the girl that was at the desk appeared as if she hates her job, not very friendly, and seemed annoyed we were even there. The young man that was there was very nice and seemed to enjoy his job and the guests. So thankful he was there.
The breakfast was great! Huge variety!
We loved the location as well. It's nice to be able to walk to a place to eat after a long days drive.

We stayed here over night coming from San Diego due to heavy rain and traveling with a baby. Room was very clean met my expectations of having a baby in there with us. If we have too, will definitely stay there again on our way back from WA. Definitely recommend for someone who has kids.
