We loved the apartment, it had everything: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full equipped kitchen : fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave etc etc.
The bonus is a large terrace where you can sit and lounge or eat.
The only down side for us was the view. You will need to book a sea view, as we overlooked a building site. Or should I say that they overlooked us !
We stayed half board and the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Worth considering as all the restaurants are a taxi ride away.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and valued. Every request was met with a smile by the members of staff.
The pool area was spacious with comfy loungers and a view of the sea.
Our room was fabulous. Clean and with a huge comfortable bed. The shower was very powerful which is always a bonus and there was a separate bath.
All in all I cannot think of anything that was not up to scratch.

I normally like to stay in 5 star hotels when I go on holiday but was looking to save a bit of money this year due to paying for a divorce, I was a bit worried prior to going that the hotel might be a dive because I got it so cheap, I needn't of worried though! Hotel is very clean and for how much it cost I couldn't find fault. Me and my 3 year old son went and it was the best holiday I've had, the children's entertainment team are brilliant and all the staff are extremely friendly and polite and work very hard. Great hotel would definitely recommend.

We were welcomed kindly to Costa Adeje Palace. Our room was clean and spacious with a view of the beach. we also had clear views of para-gliders coming in to land on the beach. Unfortunately we also overlooked the bins which were emptied between 2.00 & 4.00 each morning disturbing an otherwise good nights sleep.
The buffet meals are very good and varied. the gathering of food is a little frenetic however. Pool and facilities also good but some surcharges for facilities such as the safe in the bedroom smack a little of budget airline behaviour.
We enjoyed our stay and thank the staff for their help care.

This is a classy looking Hotel with very nice rooms. The public areas are big with good facilities. For a five star hotel it seems under staffed and the service is definitely not five-star. As for the tea and coffee making arrangements, whereby you had to buy your own tea coffee and milk, I would not give that two stars. The location is good if you don't mind the climb up the hill from the promenade. I have had better service at three star hotels.

"good location, rooftop pool fabulous, comfy sunbed"
We have stayed at this hotel before it was refurbished and enjoyed it, the new amenities are an excellent addition.
The rooftop pools amazing and peaceful, and the new loungers with mattresses are very comfortable.
The only downside was our bed, which wasn't a double but was made up as a double which we found uncomfortable, as we tended to roll towards the dip in the middle every night!
The staff at this hotel and the Nivaria (across the road) are always helpful pleasant, and friendly that is why we stayed at both 18 times in total
I would not hesitate in recommending either hotel, and have already booked the Nivaria for december and january.

We had a wonderful time the food was great the staff well ok as well apart from one day the 5th of September.
On the 5th of September in the afternoon I noticed that someone fell sick (vomited) in the swimming pool. I then notified the swimming pool guard who was there. He came to find out who was sick but no one came forward he he was not able to find out who the culprit was.. They were a lot of people who were drinking there so possibly they didn't want to be known. He went to look for a sanitation person to our disappointment it took almost 30 minutes for them to come and clean the pool .
I have sent you two links of the incident below do not worry I did it on my google drive its not shared to anyone as it was too big to be emailed. The first link shows the vomit and the second one shows the guy cleaning the vomit.
A woman who was there with her daughter was disturbed to the point that her and her daughter left. We never saw them again during our stay at I do not know if that night was their last night at the hotel. The way they clean the pool was a disappointment as you can see from the video that i have sent you. At no point did they try to evacuate the pool or let the people who were swimming that there was a problem. Since it was our first holiday as a family we did not want this incident to spoil it as I have said everything else was very good. We spent that afternoon with our daughter swimming on the children side of the pool.

From the first WOW moment when we entered our Villa (Majestic), the Royal Villas experience could not be bettered
The Villas are all fantastic, the Spa is very classy, the Staff are all so helpful
Even detail on the parking of the hire car was brilliant with a special under hotel secure car park
Even on the last day when we had some hours before the return flight we were provided with a VIP lounge , which again was to an extremely high standard
Add to this the setting built into a hill next to a golf course, the views were stunning back to the mountains and down over the sea.
If there is a better place please let me know

The northern extension of Playa de las Americas, Costa Adeje’s main attraction is the Puerto Colón marina from where there are numerous boat excursions and water sports. Nightlife is quiet and the resort’s championship golf course is one of the best in the Canary Islands. Just inland is the relatively unspoiled village of Adeje and, near here, the Barranco del Infierno (Hell’s Gorge), a picturesque lush ravine, very popular with walkers.
