"Modern Hotel within Walking Distance of Everything"
We loved the hotel itself. The room was gorgeous and clean. The front desk was super helpful. The wait staff could be a little quicker in the dining and bar area. The hotel is within walking distance to everything in the city center.

Our stay at Lancaster Lodge was very pleasant. It was a very walkable location which was great for exploring the city. The only issue we had was that it was a bit noisy in the halls and outside - likely because it was the night before St. Patrick's day. I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay overall.

Upon arrival I wasn't a fan of this hotel. We came from the bus station and it was a short but kind of sketchy walk to the hotel. After a couple of days the hotel grew on me. The walls are thin but we had quiet neighbors. All in all this was super convenient for us to wander Cork and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is ideal for anyone visiting Cork City for short breaks or business meetings. Staff at the hotel very friendly and one particular member on the Saturday night advised we would be travelling to far out the city for food and gave us some of her receommendations within the city itself. Must say we visited one the receomnedatiosn and we were not dissopointed. This shows staff are trained to a hight standard which meets the hotels expectations and shows the staff also have a general knowledege of the city.
Rooms were very clean only minor doewfall and this is just been picky the pillows were slightly uncomfortable but everyone is different.
Check in and check were very quick and effecient.

I always stay in this hotel with my partner when visiting friends. This hotel is 2 minutes walk from Patrick's street. The Green's restaurant food is exquisite and different to your boring everyday roast. The waterfall makes you feel like you are up the country while beeing in one of the Cork's busiest area's. Love reception staff always so welcoming and new rooms are fabulous.

Ireland's second-largest city was the European Capital of Culture in 2005. Cork's buildings date from medieval to modern times and include such landmarks as the medieval Red Abbey to the city's most famous, the church tower of Shandon. St. Patrick St., the main pedestrian shopping area, is curved because it was originally the channel of the River Lee.
