This hotel is well located on the beachfront at Coolangatta. It is very convenient to many restaurants and coffee shops as well as to shopping facilities. While refurbishment has to occur at some time, the constant noise from the jackhammers and other construction detracted from the quality of our stay.

Fantastic large apartment close to beach, public transport, restaurants and shops. Views from balcony splendid. Kitchen well appointed with everything you need. Bedroom comfortable, bathroom good. The only real disappointment was traces of previous tenants in bathroom. Just two coat hangers made it difficult to hang clothes adequately. These are only minor defects and our overall stay was a 9 out of 10. Would recommend and return.

My wife and I stayed at Kirra Surf Apartments while we were visiting the Gold Coast recently. We had an apartment which overlooked the beach and we thought that we were in paradise and straight out of the movies. The apartment did not lack for anything, it was clean and very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was close to shops and restaurants. We would recommend "KSA" to all as a great place to stay.

Straddling the border between Queensland and New South Wales, Coolangatta marks the southern end of the Gold Coast. Visitors are drawn to Coolangatta's expansive beaches, and large hotels and resorts line the waterfront. Surfers are drawn to the waters off Duranbah beach. It's also possible to view the entire skyline of the Gold Coast from this southern outpost.
