This stay was super - on our way to Darwin we stayed at budget Ibis Mascot - this hotel had windows we could open - the staff were friendly and helpful - looking like they enjoy there job. So handy to train station too Yep we will be back to this one Budget is off our list for a number of reasons such as terrible staff terrible room terrible food and terrible bar.

It was very convenient to be near the airport for a morning international flight. The beds were comfortable with soft linens and good pillows, however the room was very small. The bathroom had a glass wall and door which I walked into a few times.

Wonderful staff, very courteous and helpful. Fantastic welcome and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. The room was lovely; very comfy bed and great views from our corner room on the 19th floor over Sydney's harbour to the west of the bridge. Sunsets were spectacular. The hotel has gone digital and all the info was on a menu accessed via the TV control. There are a few bits of info missing (e.g. check out time wasn't stated anywhere we could find) but those can be easily ironed out in time. The bathroom was ultra modern and chic and the decor in the room was tasteful and contemporary. I'd definitely go again and recommend the hotel to friends.

Service overall has been good. However with Concierge service it could have been friendlier, I can see that they are busy with busy check out with a group just left before we came down. However a simple good morning or acknowledgement would have gone a long way instead of being a little moody.
In saying that all was good and we did enjoy our stay
