OK for a cheap stay but don't expect much. We stayed there for 4 nights over Thanksgiving. The hotel is a bit rundown with some paint missing/chipped and a few items not working. In our room the bathroom fan was inoperable and the phone didn't work. Our room was clean but we had a smoking room and there were burns on the carpet and on the blankets. Electrical outlets are old and loose and in need of replacement. The staff were nice and accommodating as they could be with what they had to work with. For instance, we wanted a couple extra pillows and they had none. The breakfast is all carbs with fresh waffles if you want, but it's not serviced. Items run out and you have to ask for replacements. i.e. syrup, coffee and milk when we were there. In fairness, we discovered that the hotel had just been sold 4 days before and the new owners hadn't had a chance to upgrade anything yet.
