"Good location, okay stay, but a not 4-star hotel"
Overall, it was just an okay experience. The place is nice, and it's in a great location, but there are many improvements to be made. For starters, I was traveling with my wife and 8-month old baby and it took them a whole day and as many as 3-4 requests, to finally bring a crib to my room. From the 4 nights we stayed, probably on 3 of them they had loud music in the lobby and we could hear it on the 10th floor. Wifi was okay, but it's annoying that you need to sign in almost every hour of use. They have this new elevator system where you need to swipe your room card to use it, this is too annoying. Not only because of the card swiping but also because cards don't work perfectly so sometimes you get a good read, sometimes you don't. Staff is a bit inconsistent. Some are very nice and helpful, some aren't so much. Breakfast in the hotel is good but really expensive, when you can just walk to Sanborns and eat there.

"Favorite hotel in CDMX!"
I have stayed at the Roommate Valentina hotel for the last 4 years and won't stay anywhere else! The hotel is perfect in every way. The best part is it's location as it is in the middle of everything, with bars/clubs and restaurants being seconds away. I love this hotel!

"Great Value & Location, Friendly Staff"
I always evaluate a hotel based on the rate paid, and in this regard the hotel completely satisfied expectation. It's a Mexico standard mid-level corporate style hotel. It doesn't live up to standards of US or other international hotel brands, but the rate reflects that. It's a solid choice, has all the room amenities you'd expect, and is in the heart of the Zona Rosa - the area you go to for bars and nightlife. I felt absolutely no issues with safety in this area, or anywhere else in Mexico City I went. I booked a junior suite at an awesome price, and when I arrived I asked for a high floor to avoid local noise, and the hotel manager graciously accommodated my request. In fact, it seems she might have upgraded me, because I noticed on the fire exit floor plan (the floor plan on the door of every hotel room), that my room was definitely the largest on the floor. Decor is circa 1985-1990, but clean and in good condition. Bathroom was good, with a huge tub. Bed was the only real letdown, as it was much firmer than I favor, and the pillows were even more solid - I nevertheless I had good sleeps, but that might not be the same for everyone. My room had an odd layout, and one day as I was undressing I noticed that the room seemed bigger than I remembered...then it dawned on me that my door was wide open. Oops - the doors don't close by themselves! 24 hour room service, gym and rooftop pool available, but I didn't use them. Subway metro stop is 1 block away.

"Great value, centrally located."
I had stayed in this hotel on a previous trip, and felt confident to book it for the recent week-long trip to Mexico City with my partner. On the last night of the trip, my partner became very sick, and the front desk clerk was very understanding and accommodating in allowing us a little extra leeway in checking out after a difficult night. Some of the plumbing needs to be updated, as pipes shudder and rattle and can be heard in adjoining rooms; loud enough to awaken a sleeper at points.

Colonia Juarez is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Colonia Juarez, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Colonia Juarez hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
