Older hotel close to beach with plenty of things for kids and adults to do. The staff was very tentative at check-in and throughout the stay. It's obviously they were trained to provide try and provide good service.

The staff was nice and the room was clean, the hall didn't smell to pure. The air conditioning system sounded like it was going to come through the wall and the couch was very used, ( sharp things poking through). when i made the reservations nothing was said about the pool and hot tub going through renovation. I just had knee surgery and was looking foreword to the hot tub.

"Close to beach, good breakfast, could use some TLC"
Great location - right on the beach and right next to the pier. The breakfast was great each day and had a lot of choices, not just cereal and yogurts. The heated pool was excellent and seemed very clean. It also had a nice outside eating and bar area. The hotel itself seems a bit old and musty. The room was typical and had a great view. The hardwood floors seem nice, but weren't quite as clean as we'd like. Housekeeping was a bit scattered in their timing of cleaning our room and even missed a few days. Overall we were happy with our stay for an oceanfront hotel and would likely stay there again mainly due to the location and being right on the beach.

On Florida’s eastern “Space Coast,” Cocoa Beach emerged as a community in the 1960s because of the U.S. space program at NASA’s Cape Canaveral headquarters. Surfing is a popular activity here. Patrick Air Force Base is also nearby.
