Hotel could use a good renovation but for the price we paid it was OK. All rooms are suites and were plenty big. The sofa sleeper in the"living room" was stained and worn out and we found a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom. Otherwise the rooms were very clean. I was disappointed being that close to the beach and having no view from the room but that may have been the reason we got the room so cheap. The staff was very friendly and very quick with getting us everything we asked for. No breakfast at the hotel but plenty of places to eat within walking distance. We were only there so my granddaughter could see the ocean for the first time after a week at Disney World so we were happy enough with the experience. If you are used to high quality hotels this is not the place for you.

The hotel was very close to the beach. It was nice to be able to just walk to it from our room. The area was very beautiful and the rooms were comfortable enough. Our trip was a little ruined by our phone constantly ringing starting in the early morning until after 9 pm. There was no one ever on the line when I picked up. I eventually had to leave the phone off the hook. I asked the staff about it and they said it was just something that happened. They said they had no control over it. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. The location was great with the beach and shops near by.

This place was awesome. Close to the beach and had so many extras. They had chairs, boogie boards, a library with comfy sofas and lots of books, a fire pit, hammocks, outside grills, so many things I can't list them all. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Wonderful place. Would definitely go back!

Yes it's dated but everything worked. Over 100 degree heat index but ac kept up fine. Shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. Beds we're clean and comfortable. Only complaints would be better breakfast verity and there is not enough outlets although it seems like there never is. All this for less than 100 a night and almost right on the beach.

On Florida’s eastern “Space Coast,” Cocoa Beach emerged as a community in the 1960s because of the U.S. space program at NASA’s Cape Canaveral headquarters. Surfing is a popular activity here. Patrick Air Force Base is also nearby.
