Room was dirty, shower had hairs all over it and the bed skirts had brown stains literally all around the bed. It also had a weird smell. The shower pressure was so awful I had to practically stand up against the wall to shower.
Air conditioning was loud but worked fine. Room was extremely spacious and had a separate living room area with a couch. There were also two tvs (basic cable, no movies for rent or anything).
Close to beach which was nice. View was very nice, and great blackout curtains.
No pool, no breakfast, no extra rooms of any sort other than the lobby.
Overall it was okay. The price was a little much for the quality but it was spring break so that's expected.

The room was nice and spacious. The staff was very helpful. I loved that we could walk to the beach, ice cream, dinner and souvenir shops. My only complaint is the price seemed high but was probably comparable to other nearby hotels.

We had an ocean facing room across from Cocoa Beach Pier. Great location, very clean room & hotel staff were very friendly. Glad to be on the east side of A1A. Easy 25 min drive to Kennedy Space Center. And don't forget Jetty Park- well worth the $15 admission fee.

our travel arrangements were interrupted due to plane having troubles and was cancelled. When we arrived at the hotel we could not book in due to the 12 hour check in had expired even with me calling both the hotel and expedia the night before.
The front desk staff went beyond their duty to sort it out for us. They spent at least 20 minutes on line with expedia trying to rebook with same rates. Eventually, they had to cancel and rebook directly from there. Expedia explained to me I would be reimbursed for the first booking. The staff at the hotel - Xavier, Jackie, Amy and Veronica were patient and made sure we were satisfied. It certainly made up for the day before with our delays and eventual cancellation.

Hotel was nice- great location, clean, friendly staff, great continental breakfast, nice pool, etc. Nice large bathroom with enough counterspace so we could keep toiletries out and not have to pack them up every night. Great experience and easy to get wherever we wanted to go every day. Streets were walkable- a lot of shops, restaurants close by.

On Florida’s eastern “Space Coast,” Cocoa Beach emerged as a community in the 1960s because of the U.S. space program at NASA’s Cape Canaveral headquarters. Surfing is a popular activity here. Patrick Air Force Base is also nearby.
