"Excellent hotel with old world charm"
The staff obviously make an effort to provide first class service and they mostly succeed. The room is extremely comfortable with the best quality sheets, bed and towels. I understand the style of the decor but it could benefit from a bit of modernisation without losing the old world feel. The elevators (lifts) are slow and obviously old. At one point they stopped working. The Park Lane locations is excellent with Hyde Park, other top class hotels and excellent shopping all in close proximity. I got a good rate through Expedia so it was very good value for money.

"Amazing hotel in my favorite part of London!"
My boyfriend & I were planning our first out of country trip & spent months planning and preparing to visit London. I studied abroad in London in 2015 & was very eager to come back and fall in love with my favorite city again. After hours on Expedia, we chose the West Bourne Hotel due to it's fair price and very attractive website/reviews. When traveling, you never know what you are going to walk into when it comes to hotels, however, I can confidently say that the West Bourne is exactly how it is portrayed online. We arrived late at night, yet there were many staff members to accommodate to our needs. We even got lost finding the hotel (I swear I lived in London before, haha) and the front desk associate was able to guide me in the right direct. After checking in we went up to our room - the halls were peaceful, it smelled very clean & anyone we passed in the hall was more than pleasant. Our room was beautiful - small, but hey! you're in London! We could tell that it was brand new & we were very excited to see that we had our own kitchenette which we used everyday! The bathroom was beautiful & spacious - giving us both enough room to get ready. You are also able to adjust room temperatures/lighting, etc. I love this place - can you tell!? The room was cleaned frequently - I felt like I was living like a royal!

"Incredible hotel and service. ***** on a budget"
Granted it's Jan but a great time to visit London. Quiet. Perfect location next to all shopping and walk to Piccadilly. Gorgeous hotel and impeccable staff. Concierge goes above and beyond. Very very swish but I found staff very personable. Wi-Fi was very spotty and don't let them charge you for it (even though they publish prices). Get it for free. Would love to stay here again -- if I can afford full fare. We paid just 25% of their regular /high season published rates. Another perk of visiting in January

"Stunning Hotel, Classic Beauty, wonderful"
Classically beautiful hotel with excellent presentation, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was divine, the bed so comfortable to sink into after a full day of travel, and the bathroom felt luxurious. The hotel has very convenient internal access to Victoria Station (the major train stop for the airport express trains, plus regional lines, and the underground). Fantastic location- close to everything; two train stops on the Underground to reach Westminster to see Big Ben, Parliament etc., also two stops to West Kensington to see the British Museum of Natural History, and a short walking distance to Buckingham Palace. We were absolutely delighted with everything in relation to the hotel, and will add it as a favorite to come back to next time we travel to London. Would highly recommend for all.

City of Westminster is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in City of Westminster, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your City of Westminster hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
