I stayed here for 2 nights while looking at local colleges with my daughter. It was centrally located to the places we wanted to go, but there are very few restaurants nearby so we had to travel a bit to eat. There were a few stray hairs in the bathroom, but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was always very friendly and helpful The breakfast was comparable to similar hotels, though the coffee was a bit weak for this Seattle girl. The machine had buttons for "mild coffee", "regular coffee" and "strong coffee". The strong was almost passable. ;-) They had computers and a printer in the lobby that we used to print a parking pass for one of our visits.
We had a couple of issues with noise, but not enough to keep us from sleeping. First, there are trains that pass nearby. If you are a light sleeper who would be bothered by this, you might reconsider this hotel. Second, there was a dog barking from a room down the hall. It is a pet friendly hotel, but guests should not leave their pets unattended and barking all evening.
I got a good rate for this hotel and was pleased with our stay.

My stay here was my 2nd. It has been renovated since I was last there. Very nice all the way around. Everything was comfortable and convenient.
My only suggestion for the hotel would be that "Club level" guests be allowed to have breakfast in the restaurant rather than being required to go to the Club Room. Choices there were limited and it was only me and the attendant there each time. While they were nice, had I been offered a choice, I would have at least liked having the option of eating in the restaurant. (I know, what am I complaining about?)
Bottom line: it's a very nice hotel, room service was great (try the steak!), and the room was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

I had reserved a smoking room with a queen sized bed and , as advertised, a sofa bed. When I saw the room it had no sofa bed. I went down to the desk and the kid there didn't quite know what to do. I explained that I was renting the room because my friend was having brain surgery at City of Hope. I explained I needed a 2nd bed incase any of my friends from the west side needed a place to stay overnight. He offered me a room with 2 beds, but not a smoking room. We went around in circles for a while and I accepted the room, but I had him notate that I would smoke in that room anyway. That night, there was a total blackout in the entire area. Pitch black. I couldn't believe that the hotel did not have any sort of backup generators for such an emergency. It was messed up. Everyone sat out in the parking lot in the dark for an hour and a half. Wasn't fun. I probably would not stay there again.

Employees worked hard to provide good service. Separate living room area was great!. Breakfast was good. Nice hot meal and a nice dining area. Pool is large and nice. Laundry facilities was a plus! Little store inside was very convenient.

This is a decent place to sleep if on a budget. The room is clean although the bathroom had dirty, broken floor tiles. I definitely did not dare to walk barefooted in the bathroom. The beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. The only problem that we experienced was being abruptly awakened by someone in a room or two down the hallway who took his German Shepherd dog outside and allowed it to bark incessantly in front of our door. I complained to management and it was taken care of immediately. At least I can say that they alleviated the problem so kudos to the management. I'd stay here again regardless.

The City of Industry is built on trade. With no business taxes and a dedicated Foreign Trade Zone, office and manufacturing parks have blossomed where agriculture once grew. The City of Industry honors its roots at the Workman and Temple Family Homestead Museum. This institution has preserved one of California’s oldest homes, an 1841 ranch house updated in the 1870s.
