"Great location near Norreport station and uni"
This was my second stay at Skt. Petri. I love the location, close to Norreport station for trains, metro and bike rentals. TONS of dining options around ranging from inexpensive spots aimed at university students to great dining like Bror with a solid mix of cafe and coffee shops as well. Everything I've seen and done in CPH for work has been very accessible from this hotel and the rooms are nicely equipped, good wifi and comfy beds. The only downside this stay was that they replaced the soap every day which seems wasteful, and the floors never seemed to be cleaned. My bathroom had some dirt marks and spots when I checked in. I didn't bother notifying the front desk as I thought it would be cleaned the next morning. It wasn't, so I left a note on the desk in the room for the cleaning lady. Still the floors in the bathroom nor, main room were ever mopped/vacuumed. I'm not a messy or dirty person so I didn't bother with a complaint, it was just an nuisance.

"Excellent hotel, central, old-world charm."
Very helpful, knowledgable, cheerful lobby staff from the time we reached the to the time we exited the hotel for the next leg of our travels. We were in a room looking over a back alley so the view was not the best, but it was very quiet and peaceful after busy days wandering and photographing the city. The breakfast buffet was excellent serving an assortment including: yogourt, cereals, pickled herring, pate, prosciutto, ham, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, assorted breads and jams and excellent pastries along with apple, orange and pineapple juices, milk, coffee and tea. The hotel is within an easy walk of Nyhavn, two theatres, the Royal Palace, the Little Mermaid, the Marble Church (just up the street) and a fun shopping area with many small and interesting shops. There are also several excellent patisserie in the vicinity. The Phoenix is about a 10 minute walk from a Metro station so it's also easy to get to. Overall, a very nice hotel in a beautiful Copenhagen neighbourhood.

"Customer Service"
We have never stayed in a hotel that has so exceeded our expectations in customer service. When we arrived, the lobby was filled with people. We were trying to figure out how to check in among all the confusion, when a young lady serving at the consierge desk approached and asked if she could help us. You would have thought we were the only ones there. She not only helped us through the process but booked us a dinner reservation and walked us to the appropriate elevator. The young man that actually did the check in process was as equally friendly and helpful and answered all our questions and gave us directions to nearby shopping and restaurants. The staff never seemed overwhelmed, hurried or distracted by all the customers. When they talked to us they focused on us with a smile. We truly felt welcomed at this hotel as not just another guest but as if we were the only guests they had. The exceptional customer service made our stay memorable. Thank you.

"Great hotel close to Tivoli"
I had a one bedroom, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was excellent and gave me a voucher for the fitness center a 2 min walk from the hotel. The lobby area is nice as well. Breakfast was not included, but did not matter to me as I preferred an expresso and breakfast from the coffee shop Baresso. It is in the hotel building with access from the street.

Christianshavn is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Christianshavn, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Christianshavn hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
