enjoyed our stay, had breakfast every morning. staff were friendly and helpful. we had a couple of requests and they helped us out each time. could do with updating a few things. is a bit of a distance from main amenities. you need a car or will have to use a bus n taxis. room was clean and large had everything in you needed.beds, sofa, tv, cooker, kettle (no microwave) fridge washing machine. no instructions on how to use washing machine though lol was in greek. had our own outside space with table n chairs. a beautiful view of the sea even though we were a distance away.

Perfectly nice hotel. Problem is that it's so far away from everything in town and by the beach. So you have to walk if you want to find anything, and walk for up to a couple of hours at a time. Unless you want to pay for a taxi. If you're a taxi owner in Chlokhara then you probably make a pretty cushty living. It was OK for me because I'm 21 and in good shape. If I was older than 30 and not particularly active or a senior citizen of any description or just have limited mobility I imagine this would be incredibly uncomfortable if I didn't have tonnes of cash to throw around.

Hotel was beautiful, kept perfectly clean and tidy at all times.
Hotel staff lovely and kind, always wanting to help.
My baby fell ill whilst staying there and the hotel staff recommended a brilliant hospital and rang out room phone every few hours to make sure we were all okay.
Room cleaners also were lovely and always made sure our room was spotless.
Food was good, some days the meat could be a hit or miss but overall it was lovely.
Pool is waaaaay too cold to swim in, even the baby pool. But is always kept clean and tidy.
There’s nothing to offer for baby’s to eat, which is slightly disappointing, as we had to try and feed her food off the kids menu.
Drinks are brilliant and so is the bar service.
We attended a wedding there and it was one of the best we have been too, the food at the wedding was amazing and so was the setting for the cerermony.

this hotel has a great location just by the harbour where you find a good choice of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself has various blocks and it seems some are older and could do with refurbishment. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious but could do with an update. The kitchen was a bit lacking for self catering (no frying pan, no chopping board, no cork screw). I think most people opt for the all inclusive option which is probably why it wasn't as well equipped as could be. If you opt for self catering, there is a big supermarket just opposite the hotel.
On the first 2 nights the a/c wasn't working in one of the bedrooms and the living room which made it almost impossible to sleep. This did get fixed and we got free late check out as compensation, which we were happy with. Staff are very nice and helpful.

We stayed here as our usual hotel was unavailable. It was nice however it prefers guests to be all inclusive and if you’re not then everything is very expensive! Staff were good, room was clean, towels changed daily, breakfast was great - lots of options. Pool area lovely and lots of space. Only downfall is that they don’t have suites available with a kitchenette which would have been extremely handy having a small baby
