Overall, it was a nice experience. The staff was friendly, the common areas were clean, and the amenities were well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was welcoming. However, I ran into an issue with my room. It had clearly been previously occupied by pets, and unfortunately, I have allergies. Despite being clean, there were lingering pet allergens that made my stay uncomfortable. I wish the hotel had designated pet-free rooms or taken extra steps to ensure deep cleaning for guests with allergies. If you’re not sensitive to pet dander, this is a great place to stay. But if you have allergies like I do, I’d recommend checking with the hotel beforehand to see if they have pet-free accommodations available.

Valentine's stay!

It was such a beautiful view, the best staff, hoyt was AMAZING. We were a 5 minute walk from the Chicago theater. (We saw Taylor Tomlinson) Really great stay.
